Gymnasion in Łódź is a part of a nationwide network created by three popular sportsmen – Ireneusz Wesołowski, Mariusz Czerkawski and Jacek Wszoła.


The offer of activities in Fitness Club Gymnasion in Łódź is directed both to women and men, to the younger and the older, to the more active and to those who are yet to begin exercising; in other words, to all those who take care of themselves and their health.

The Club in Łódź is equipped with a bodybuilding gym with so-called cardio equipment and machines for strengthening exercises + for free unit. An aerobics room is also located here, with a very broad offer of activities, including dance (funky, latino, jazz), strengthening (TBC, ABT, Flat Stomach, Power Pump), relaxing (stretching, yoga) and exercises on Power Bike stationary bicycles.

In Gymnasion, Clients exercise under care of instructors who always provide help in selection of training, type of practiced activity or diet. As part of the subscription, Gymnasion ensures access to cardio and weight-training exercises, provides care from an instructor, elaboration of a training plan and aerobic classes.
