Manufaktura is an amazing showpiece of Lodz – it is the place with rich history, which entered the 21st century with great impetus. Manufaktura is popular with the inhabitants of Lodz, eagerly visited by the inhabitants of other parts of Poland and proudly shown to foreign guests.
 
Since it was created, Manufaktura has been frequently awarded by Polish and foreign associations and organisations, as well as specialists in architecture. Although you can do great shopping in Manufaktura (there are over 240 shops waiting for the visitors), the shopping centre is something more than just a commercial area. Manufaktura also involves culture, entertainment and sport.
 
On the premises of Manufaktura there are numerous restaurants, pubs and cafés, the Cinema City centre, a climbing wall and an indoor playground for children called Kinderplaneta, as well as spa, fitness club Pure, a disco and many more attractions. In the Museum of the Factory you can learn about the history of Izrael Poznański's estate, while in the Museum of Art you can watch one of the biggest collections of modern art in Poland.
