Manufaktura has been awarded the best European shopping center in the category of objects of very large area. International Council of Shopping Centers awards are recognized as the most prestigious in the field of European retail property.

MANUFAKTURA AWARDED BY URBAN LAND INSTITUTE GLOBAL AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE

The criteria for the awards include:

- leadership,
- contribution to the community,
- innovations,
- public/private partnership,
- environmental protection and enhancement,
- response to societal needs,
- and financial success.

The 2007 global winners were selected from 20 world-wide finalists, all of whom were winners in their region: The Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.

The competition is widely recognized as the land use industry’s most prestigious recognition program.

Retail&Leisure International Magazine

Winning the RLI magazine (Retail&Leisure International) award in the category of International Retail&Leisure Destination of the Year Award has been a great achievement for Manufaktura

Urban Land Institute - a non governmental institution promoting an urban development of big cities has granted ULI Awards for Excellence award for the fourth time.

finalists from Spain, Turkey, Portugal, Poland. Before Manufaktura has won recognition, the jury came to Lodz to familiarize with the project. Today, on 6th of June, by honouring Manufaktura with ULI Awards for Excellence, innovation, environment friendly attitude, cooperation with local community and financial success have been appreciated.

The CEPIF & International Herald Tribune CEE Best Developer Awards

Another award for Manufaktura! Apsys has won The Best Developer award for the entire Central and Eastern Europe Region, category Revitalization for Manufaktura project.

In the competition for the best developers from the entire Central and Eastern Europe Region Apsys company has won the title of The Best Developer in Revitalization category, for Manufaktura projekt.

The competition winners will be presented in The International Herald Tribune published in more than 180 countries of the world.

Trends of "Good Interior" 2006

Editorial team of "Good Interior" magazine together with readers has choosen the most interesting design products, which have appeared on polish market recently. The Prizewinners in each category have been awarded a Trends of "Good Interior" mark, which can be used for a year until the next edition of this competition is adjudicated. This Competition has been organized for the very first time. Products were choosen from two fields INTERIORS and LIFESTYLE. The first field included categories as: Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom, Furniture Design, the second one included - Places and Cars.

The Prizewinner in category Places, aquiring the vast majority of "Good Interior" readers` votes was: Manufaktura Łódzka.

We are very grateful to all "Good Interior" readers and the Competition jury for awarding us with this honour.

The most important investment of year 2006

During the Business Gala on 10th of May 2007 (organized by Lodz Student's Forum Business Centre Club and Academic Incubators of Initiative) a few particularly involved in enterprise development in our region institustions and persons were honoured.
Apsys company was honoured in category "The most important investment of year 2006" for MANUFAKTURA project realization.

International Board of Shopping Centers grants The Solal Marketing Awards anually.

In 2007 Manufaktura was rewarded in "Community relations" category, whereas she got to finals in two other categories:
"Paris, Milano, Manufaktura" - Fashion Week and Great Opening: Manufaktura makes Lodz go round since 1852.

Manufaktura has been awarded
the main prize in "Łódź Sukcesu 2006"

(competition organized by TV Toya, Gazeta Wyborcza, Radio Eska and Piotrkowska Klub).

The opening of the biggest shopping and entertainment center was acknowledged the event of the year 2006.

"Wprost" magazine awarded the website of Manufaktura with the title "Golden Website of the Week".

We have the pleasure to inform that Manufaktura received the prestigious award in CEE Quality Awards 2006. It is one of the most important events in the estate business in Middle – East Europe. It is also another award for our Centre.
